| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个多种文化抗衡的世纪，是一个冲突和对话并存的世纪。中国的新音乐教育走过了近百年的曲折历程。曾有过喜悦，更有过教训。在当今世界音乐教育呈现多元化的大背景下，我国的现代音乐教育也将会不失时机地走出低俗，抓住机遇，闯出一条符合时代要求的音乐教育新路子，为世界音乐教育的发展做出贡献。
