| 摘 要： | 本文从信息基础设施与企业文化、显性知识与隐性知识、知识管理与主营业务等3个方面的关系,剖析了中国惠普与美国惠普在知识管理上的异同及成功的关键要素。应用模块化理论,基于组合性创新、并行创新和重用性创新3个维度,提出了IT应用与知识管理并行推进、流程规范、知识库模块化和推进方式优化等知识管理策略。

| Abstract: | From the analysis of the relationships between information infrastructure and enterprise culture, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, knowledge management and dominant business, this paper anatomized the similarities and differences and the critical success factor between the China Hewlett- Packard and the US Hewiett- Packard in the field of knowledge management, put forward the knowledge management strategies on the application of the theory of modularization. |
