我国失业保险制度的演变、评估与发展建议

本文简要介绍了我国失业保险制度的演变过程,并从制度的适应性、有效性和可持续性等三个方面对制度进行评估,认为我国失业保险制度是一个基本有效的制度,具有较强的合理性和适应性,但在制度的有效性和可持续性方面还需进一步完善。最后,本文提出了完善我国失业保险制度的政策建议。

Evolution, Evaluation and Policy Recommendations of the Unemployment Insurance System in China

The paper briefly intruduces the evolution of the unemployment insurance system and evaluates the system from the aspects of adaptability, validity and sustainability. It has been proved that the unemployment insurance system is a generally effective system with obvious rationality and adaptability. However it needs to be improved in validity and sustainability. In the end, the paper proposes some policy recommendations to perfect the unemployment insurance system in China.
