| 摘 要： | 在全民终身学习的学习型社会建设的背景下，非正式学习成果认证日益凸显其在国家继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换制度设计中的重要地位和社会价值。通过借鉴国外非正式学习成果认证的成功理论和实践，对我国非正式学习成果认证标准的建立、认证原则和程序等进行了论述。

| Abstract: | In the background of constructing a lifelong learning society, informal learning achievement authentication is playing an important role in the authentication, accumulation and transfer of learning achievements in the national continuing education. With the successful theory and practices of informal learning achievement authentication in the developed countries, the certification standards, the principle of certification and application of China＇s informal learning achievements are discussed in the paper. |
