农村政治文明建设滞后的法治视角分析

农村政治文明建设滞后的原因很多,从法治视角看主要是市场经济发展不充分导致了政治文明所必需的法治现实土壤贫瘠,致使我国农村政治文明缺乏强有力的先导和强大的驱动力;传统文化中对人治的崇尚导致了政治文明建设中所必需的法治的文化积淀缺乏,政治文明缺乏软环境的配合;农村基层管理者依法行政的意识不强、能力不高,导致了政治文明建设的内在保障不力。

Analysis on the Construction Stagnation of Rural

There are many reasons about the construction stagnation of the rural political civilization.Seen from the angle of rule by law,the main reason is that the fulllessness of market economy development lead to the poverty of current soil of rule by law needed by political civilization,which makes our rural political civilization lack of powerful precursor and great impulse.The second reason is that the worship to rule by man in traditional culture lead to the lack of cultural deposit of rule by law needed in the construction of political civilization,and political civilization is lack of the cooperation of soft environment.The third one is that the weakness of consciousness and the lowness of abilities that the rural basic administrators manage according to law,which lead to the internal guarantee slack of the construction of political civilization.
