企业文化建设的理性思考

目前企业文化的建设实践中，还存在着重视不够，系统性不强，品位不高等现象。在新形势下，要提升对新世纪企业文化建设重要性的认识——企业文化建设有助于提高新世纪企业自身的竞争力，企业文化建设有助于企业社会文化职能的发挥。建设企业文化应坚持社会主义文化方向性的原则，弘扬主旋律和坚持多样性统一的原则，以人为本的原则，不断强化、不断发展原则。具体建设要实现“三化”。
