针刺治疗肌肉酸痛的选穴规律研究

为研究针刺治疗肌肉酸痛的选穴规律,选男性健康青年60名,采用台阶超负荷运动方法诱发股四头肌酸痛。分别采用针刺和磁疗的治疗方法缓解肌肉酸痛,并与对照组进行对比,观察肌肉酸痛在各个时期的表现程度、肌电图振幅和消失时间。结果表明,针刺能够显著地缓解肌肉酸痛,表现为基点振幅的恢复和肌肉酸痛程度的降低、持续时间缩短。针刺作用广泛,对于肢体出现的肌肉酸痛,即可单侧局部选穴,亦可选取对侧相应的腧穴,双侧疼痛可选用单侧针刺,为"巨刺"阵法提供了又一科学依据。

Research on the Rule of Choosing Acupuncture Points to Treat the Muscle Ache with Acupuncture

To study the rule of choosing acnpnncture points to treat the muscle acre with acupuncture, we chose 60 healtny young men and adopted overloaded step exercise method to bring out the ache of quadriceps.acupuncture Acupuncture and magnetic treatment to allveiate muscle ache were adopted respectively,in contrast with the controll group,the manifestation degree of muscle ache,electromusclegram amplitude and disappearing time of muscle ache in every period were observed.The results indicated the acupuncture conuld allveiate the muscle ache significaity,such as the recovery of basic amplitude,the decreasing of the muscle ache and the shortening of the lasting time.Acupuncture has extensive use,as for the muscle ache of limbs, the partial acupuncture points on single side of body can be chosen,the corresponding acupuncture points on the back can also be chosen.The two-sided ache can be treated by single-sided acupuncture.This provides another scientific evidence for the array of "Enormous Needle".
