高职院校“80后”教师职业倦怠心理解析

摘    要:职业倦怠是社会各行业讨论的热点问题之一,教师是职业倦怠的高发人群。在改革开放初期成长起来并走进教师岗位的“80后”,他们的职业倦怠又有一些新的成因。利用社会、学校、教师个人等措施来化解和改善“80后”教师的倦怠心理,调动其工作热情和积极性,可为高职院校教师的发展提供保障。

Abstract:Occupational burnout is one of focuses of discussion in all social aspects. Teachers are the group highly prone to it. "After 1980"were born in 1980s, grew in the initial period of reform and opening. Now they are becoming teachers. Their occupational burnout has a new cause. Use society, college, teachers' personal and some other measures to defuse and improve "After 1980"teachers' psychological tiredness, mobilize their zeal and initiatives extremely, and for the development of teachers provide guarantee.
