儒家德治主义与科举制的依存和冲突

摘    要:把科举制放在儒家化的大背景下考察,可以发现科举制是封建专制主义与儒家德治主义相结合的必然产物。但是,由于儒家德治主义以德取士的人才观与科举制的实际运作之间存在着内在的冲突,科举制不但难以实现儒家德治主义以德称位的政治理想,而且必然造成道德上的虚伪。

Abstract:Seeing imperial examination system from the whole backgorund of culture of Confucian School,we can find that imperial examination system was an inevitable product of combining the idea of feudal autocracy with that of rule by virture of Confucian School.However,because there was an internal conflict between Confucian School's view of talents which chose the talent by his virture and the actual practice of imperial examination system,the imperial examination system not only couldn't realize Confucian School's political ideal which pleaded rule by virture,but also brought about a sham morality inevitably.
