| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对苏州地区40～60 岁中年男性进行跟骨定量超声测定,分析苏州地区中年男性骨质疏松现状及成因,并为骨质疏松的防治提供依据和借鉴.方法:采用韩国Osteosys公司生产的SONOST2000型定量超声仪对214名中年男性右跟骨宽波段超声衰减(BUA)和T-值(T-Score)进行检测.结果:受检中年男性骨质疏松发生率为24.8%,骨量减少发生率为45.8%,且随着年龄增长,骨质疏松发生率明显增高.结论:年龄增长、不良生活方式、膳食营养和体育锻炼都是影响中年男性骨质疏松的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the prevalence of osteoporosis in the middle-aged male in Suzhou by analysis of the quality and quantity of the calcaneum bone using quantitative ultrasound(QUS).Analyze the current situation and causes of osteoporosis in the middle-aged male in Suzhou,and provide the source of references in order to prevention and cure this disease.Methods:Broadband ultrasound attenuation(BUA),speed of ultrasound(SOS),bone quality index(BQI) and T-score of right calcaneum bone were measured by SONOST 2000 QUS ultrasound in 214 middle-aged people.Results:The prevalence of osteoporosis in the subjects was 24.8%,and the prevalence rate increased obviously with aging.Conclusions:Ageing,unhealthy life style,nutrition and physical training are important factors of osteoporosis in the middle-aged male. |
