高校初任教师的教学专业发展探析

摘    要:由于大学教育的专业分化,绝大多数的高校初任教师是在没有教育学理论基础的情况下开始自己教学生涯的。有关研究发现,由于教育现场与初任教师固有理念之间存在巨大差异,初任教师走上工作岗位之时往往会遭遇到转型的冲击,其中一些教师可能因无法适应而选择离开教学岗位。因此,关注高校初任教师的工作情境,寻找有效的专业发展策略,帮助其顺利地实现角色转换,成功地开展生涯规划,就成为一项非常重要的研究课题。

Abstract:The majority of university faculty members begin their teaching career without formal teacher training due to professionalization of higher education. And meanwhile,some literatures indicate that new faculty members are always confronted with transition shock or reality shock when they enter the teaching profession,and many of them choose to give up teaching at last.So it is important to pay more attention to the new faculty's working environment,to identify some effective strategies for new faculty's professional development,and to help them go through the transition smoothly and design career plans successfully.
