新农村建设中留守老人问题研究

随着新农村建设的不断深入,留守老人的问题日益凸显,生活质量差、劳动强度大、就医难、生活单调、精神慰藉缺失、无人照料等,是他们真实的生活写照。社会老龄化加剧、大量青壮年外出打工及代沟的存在等,是留守老人问题出现的根本原因。要解决这一社会问题,可以采用家庭养老与社会养老相结合、促进农村医疗卫生事业的发展、提高社会敬老意识等策略。

A Study of the Remained Elderly in New Village Construction

With the construction of new village,the problem of remained elderly has come up.They suffer low living standard,heavy labor,dull life and the lack of spiritual consolation.The root reason for this problem is family planning policy,rural youth migration and generation gap.To solve this problem,we need the combination of family pension and social pension,the development of rural medical health and the consciousness of respecting old people.
