高校经管类应用型课程SBT教学模式的实践探索

摘    要:高校经管类应用型课程具有很强的实践性,而传统的课程教学以知识传授代替学生能力培养,阻碍了学生应用型能力的发展。在分析情境理论和SBT教学模式的基础上,结合浙江万里学院的教学实例,探讨在经管类应用型课程中实施SBT教学的具体步骤、组织形式和教学策略。

Abstract:Economics& Management Applied Courses have strong nature of practice,however,the traditional teaching methods use knowledge delivery instead of ability cultivation,which hampers the development of practical abilities.Based on the analysis of situational theory and Stimulation-based Training(SBT),referring to Zhejiang Wanli University as a case,this paper explores the concrete steps,organizing forms and teaching strategies in implementing SBT teaching.
