| 摘 要： | 精通彝族传统规范的民间调解员活跃在彝区民众当中,致力于化解矛盾、规范人际交往规则。拟在民间调解员调解彝区纠纷的现状分析基础上,指出民间调解员调解彝区纠纷面临的困境,并就民间调解员调解彝区纠纷的进路提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | Proficient in traditional Yi normative folk mediation is to resolve contradictions among the Yi people and to regulate interpersonal relationship.Considering situation of the mediation of disputes in Yi area,the paper points out difficulties of the mediation of disputes by folk mediators and put forward some suggestions to resolve the problem. |
