| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了台湾能力本位教师教育运动的三个阶段:1970年代能力本位的理论研究、1980年代的试验推展阶段以及1990年代的融入多元化格局时期,归纳了台湾在借鉴美国能力本位教师教育过程中出现的特点,并简要分析能力本位教师教育对台湾教师教育发展的影响。

| Abstract: | The author explored and analyzed three phases of Competency-Based Teacher Education Movement in Taiwan: 1970s competency-based theoretical investigation, 1980s experimentationtrial protrusion and development, 1990s melting into pluralistic pattern. Then he summed up the characteristics of Taiwan in the process of borrowing American competency-based teacher education and simply analyzed its influence to educational development of Taiwan. |
