| 摘 要： | 人事代理、劳务派遣尽管源于不同的制度背景，但人事代理与登录型劳务派遣本质上相同，在人事关系劳动关系趋于融合的当今社会，将人事代理和登录型劳务派遣合为一体，更有利于资源整合，也更利于劳动力资源配置。
