| 摘 要： | 我国民办教育发展的基本动因是：政府财政对教育的投入严重不足；比较富有的阶层有选择更好教育的需求；公办教育改革要求发展民办教育。未来民办教育发展必须办学理念创新，办学制度创新，发扬独立自主精神，多元精神．处理好政府与学校董事会与校长的关系。

| Abstract: | The basic Agent for the development of our country's civilian-run education is:the investment in the education of our country is seriously insufficient;the well-to-do people hopes to choose still better education; the reform of state-run education wants to develop.It is necessary for the development of civilian-run education to innovate school-running idea and system,carry forward independent and multi-element spirit and well handle the relation between the government and the school boards and presidents. |
