公平理论在高校内部分配制度改革中的应用

公平理论是研究人的分配公平感的一种理论,对于高校内部分配制度改革具有重要的指导作用,应该从综合协调三种公平、建立科学合理的考评机制、坚持公开民主的原则、加强思想教育、重视后继行为引导等方面努力做到分配公平,切实发挥分配制度改革的积极作用。

The Application of Fairness Theory in the Internal Distribution System of Universities

Fairness theory,one of the theories of studying whether people feel equal to the distribution,which plays very important role in guiding the reformation of the internal distribution system.We should try our best to make the distribution equal and give full attention to the positive role of distribution system from the following aspects: coordinate "three kinds of fairness",establish scientific and reasonable assessment and evaluation system,hold the principle of open and democracy firmly,strengthen the ideological education,pay attention to the guidance of succeeding behavior,etc.
