| 摘 要： | 学习化社会的构建是为了更好地促进人的社会化,学习化社会的内容是围绕人的初级社会化、次级社会化和继续社会化三个阶段展开,人的社会化的主要机制是学习化家庭、学习组织、学习化社区、学习化同伴群体和学习化大众传播媒介。
