| 摘 要： | 实施文化强省战略,建设文化强省将成为山西＂十二五＂时期的一个奋斗目标。公共图书馆由于其独特的历史地位,在文化强省建设中有着举足轻重的作用,是文化强省建设的重要组成部分和不可或缺的部门。公共图书馆的基本职能就是利用馆藏信息资源为社会、公众提供服务。在实施文化强省战略中,要充分发挥图书馆信息资源与文化资源的优势和作用,为实现文化强省建设提供有力的精神动力和智力支持。
