信息化时代士官职业教育教学改革的方法与实践研究

从系统的角度探讨了与信息化教学相适应的职教理念、信息化教学平台的建设、信息化教学的实践、专业和课程的建设改革、教学内容的调整以及教学模式的改革等。在此基础上提出了树立与信息化教学相适应的职教理念,建立信息化教学平台,推动信息化教学实践,“军校—地方—部队”三方专家深度参与专业和课程建设等策略。为在信息化时代进行士官职业教育教学改革,适应新军事变革需求,培养高素质新型士官人才提供了理论借鉴。

Research on the Method and Practice of Educational Reform of the Petty Officer Vocational Education in the Era of Information

This article deeply discusses the concept of vocational education adapted to information-based teaching,the construction of the information-based teaching platform,the practice of the information-based teaching,the construction and reform of majors and courses,the adjustment of teaching content and the reform of teaching mode from a system perspective,On this basis,it is proposed to form the military professional teaching standards as soon as possible.Though informatization,it is necessary to establish the vocational education concept suitable for the information-based teaching,establish the information-based teaching platform,and promote the information-based teaching practice,to organize tripartite experts from"Military colleges-Local Colleges-Grassroots Units"to participate in the curriculum reform in depth;and so on.In order to cultivate the major and course reform of the military academy petty officer occupational education,adapt to the needs of the new military revolution,and provide a theoretical reference for cultivating high-quality new petty officer.
