摘    要:随着大数据时代的到来,数据采集、数据分析、数据管理、数据校验已成为问题导向的教学质量管理与诊断机制构建的重要抓手.针对教学质量测评中测评指标体系的任意定义和数据归一化计算的核心问题,文章提出并实现了递归模型解决方案,按照“顶层设计-指标体系设计-规范化操作流程-大数据采集与反馈-数据分析-诊断与改进”的实践流程,取得了一定的应用效果。文章同时提出通过AI技术对教学质量评价中的海量评语进行情感倾向分析和评论观点抽取,从而弥补教学质量评价的短板与不足.

Abstract:The arrival of the era of big data has a great and profound impact on higher education.With the advent of the era of big data,data collection,data analysis,data management and data verification have become an important starting point for problem-oriented teaching quality management and diagnosis mechanism construction.Aiming at the core problems of arbitrary definition of evaluation index system and data normalization calculation in teaching quality evaluation,this paper puts forward and realizes a recursive model solution.The practical procedure of“top-level design-index system design-standardized operation process-big data collection and feedback-data analysis-diagnosis and improvement ”has achieved certain application effect.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward the idea of using general AI technology to extract,analyze the emotional tendency of the massive comments in the evaluation of teaching quality,so as to make up for the shortcomings of the evaluation of teaching quality.
