An Effect Analysis of the Resources Distributed by the Government''''s Purchasing

Government's purchasing is one of the important means in managing market-oriented economy countries'pubic expenditure.Along with the limits and the affecting measure within which and by which every country's government fulfills its own functions constantly changing and the effect of globalization more and more intensified,the influence upon the internal economy and even the world economy exerted by the government's purchasing increasingly shows the power.This essay approaches the influence exerted by the government's purchasing on the resources distribution under two circumstances which are closed condition and open condition and through two patterns which are decentralized purchase and centralized purchase and in two sectors which are public sector and private sector.This essay hopes to achieve the goal through the analysis from economics angle which is how to raise the efficiency of the government distributing the resources through the government's purchasing.
