高校体育教师体育观念与行为创新的探索

体育教学改革是体育的创新，而体育创新重要的是体育观念的创新，既要树立“健康第一”观、全面体育观、主体体育观和适度体育观，更要注重体育行为的创新。要适应新形势下高校体育的发展，必须彻底转变体育教师的体育观念，将重教转向重学，重共性转向重个性，将强制性体育学习转向引发学生的体育需求，由注重形式向注重实质转变。教师只有重新认识自己扮演的角色，才能成为自觉的创新教学的研究者和实践者。

The reform of physical culture teaching is the innovation of physical in which the innovation of the physical notions really counts. In addition to notions of health first, comprehensive physical education, subjective physical education and moderate education, We should pay more attention to the innovation of the physical behaviors. To adapt to the development of physical education of institutes of higher learning in the new situations, there shoula be a complete change of the physical teachre' physical education notions. Attentions should be paid to learning instead of teaching, to indiutuality instead of generality, to elicitaon method accordin to the students' requirements instead of compulsory learning and to content instead of form. Only when the teachers realze the roles they are playing can they become researchr workers and practitioners of the innovative education.
