| 摘 要： | 公司更生制度能起到预防破产的作用，在国外受到很高的评价。我国作为社会主义国家，为保障广大职工的利益，稳定社会经济，应当在借鉴外国这方面成功的经验的基础上，结合我国市场经济的特点，建立起我国的公司更生制度。

| Abstract: | The system of making the collapsing enterprises relive can prevent them from bankrupting, which has been highly appraised in the world. As a socialist country, we should protect the staff's interests and sustain the social economy. On the basis of using successful experience in accordance with market economy we should try to establish a system of making the collapsing enterprises not to bankrupt. |
