Reading Strategy Research and Application for Teaching Materials in Distance and Open Education

In distance education, teaching material reading has become the main means of talking, and it is also the main way for students to learn. It has become one of the aims of quality education. So researches into the way to read and its application have been done. By setting some processes and ways, the opinion that the ability of reading is unseen has been changed into the opinion that the ability of it can be taught and learned.
