西部民族地区基层领导干部的应急能力

社会转型、利益调整、矛盾激化、突发事件呈逐年上升的趋势,给社会带来了巨大的损失。西部民族地区的社会生态环境给基层领导干部提出了更严峻的挑战,文章分析了西部民族地区引发社会矛盾的干部因素,提出加强基层领导干部作风建设、强化危机意识、提升预警和处置能力、学习危机处置技巧、加强干群良性互动的对策建议。

Study on the Emergency Ability of Leading Cadres at the Grassroots Level in Western Ethnic Area

Social transformation,adjustment of interests,Contradictions from intensifying,and Group events has showed an increasing trend year by year,has brought huge losses to society.Social ecological environment in western minority area presents more challenges to the grassroots cadres.This paper analyzes cadre factors in western minority areas result in the social contradiction.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the style construction of leading cadres at the grassroots level,strengthen the sense of crisis,improve early warning and disposal ability,Study of crisis management skills,and strengthen the benign interaction of the cadres and the masses.
