| Abstract: | The authors introduce the principle of laser diffraction method by which the sarcomere length of single
live striation muscle fiber can be measured accurately and conviently, and give the measuring results of the
sarcomere lengths in the relaxed states and its changes of single live frog muscle fibers before and after pas-
sive stretches. |
