| Abstract: | Based on the nature of both foreign and China's procuratorial authority, China's historical and cultural tradition, and China's existing law and regulations , this paper points out that the basic function of China's procuratorial authority lies in the function of prosecution. Its nature lies in the judicial powers closely related to the judicial authority. |
