高校大学生野外生存体能训练的实践研究

通过文献资料及调查研究和教学实践方法进行综合分析,结果表明：野外生存体能训练课程是实现我国高校体育课程目标的有效手段之一,丰富体育课程的内容,让大学生体验大自然中生活方式,增强实践能力,健身益智,掌握野外生存本领。让大学生更加深刻地认识体能锻炼,更加踊跃地参加体能发展,从而为树立体育意识和终身体育思想奠定基础,挑战自我,体验人生。

the Practice and Research of the University Student's Discipline of Existence in the Open Country

According to the synthesis and analysis of the document data,investigation and the methods of teaching practice,we gain a conclusion that:the physical training of existence in the open country is one of the valid means,through which the target of our country's course and university's education can be achieved.It can make the contents of physical education abundant and colorful.It also can provide the university student with an opportunity to experience the life in the nature.Besides,it can improve the studeat's practice ability,help the student to keep fit and become more inteuigence intellegence,the studert can challenge ego,experience life,wisdom,master the skill of existeace in the open country,help the student to learn more about the discipline of physical ability,make the studert join in the physical development more actively.So that the studert can lay the foundation for the establismant of the idea of physical education and the idea of taking physical education through out all their life.In that way,the studert can challenge ego,experience life.
