| 摘 要： | 社会发展及新的大学英语教学大纲对各层面高等院校英语的听、说能力提出了新的更高的要求。针对目前体育院校学生英语听、说能力的现状，从学生、教师、环境三个方面分析其影响因素。并提出相应的对策及提高手段，对体育院校学生英语听、说能力及英语教学质量的提高具有一定的帮助和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Social development and the new university fnglish program of instnistion have put forward new and higher request to the abilities of English hearing and speaking in different kinds of university English teaching. In the view of the present situation of university students majoring in P. E. in their abilities of English hearing and speaking and by the study and analysis of the influence factors from three aspects: student, teacher and environment,corresponding oountermeasuies and enhancing methods are proposed which can provide help and reference for university students in their improvement of hearing, speaking and also the quality improvement of English teaching. |
