| 摘 要： | 加拿大养老保险基金会中投资部独立,采用指数化投资,免受了政治干预的伤害。我国社保基金的投资宜选择投资指数基金,可以有效降低运行成本,有利于管理层的监督,确保社保基余对安全性和盈利性的双重要求。大力发展指数基金应该是进一步规范和繁荣我国资本市场的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | The investment department of Canada Pension Plan which adopts index investment model is independent and avoids polity intervention damage.According to the analyzing,the paper considers that we should choose the index fund as the social security fund model of china.The major reason for selection the index fund is that it not only can decrease operation cost but also benefits supervision by administrator in order to meet the double demand for the security and profit.And so development the index fund is an important task in the future development in the capital market in China. |
