浅谈渭河防洪工程建设管理存在的问题与措施

渭河防洪问题关系到我省关中地区防洪安全,防洪工程建设得到了各级政府的高度重视和全社会的密切关注,然而渭河防洪工程建设依然存在较多问题,直接影响防洪工程的建设及防洪效益发挥。通过多年实践,总结分析渭河防洪工程建设管理存在的主要问题,提出了相应解决措施,以期强化我省渭河防洪工程建设管理水平,充分发挥防洪投资效益。

On the Management of Flood Control Works at the Weihe River

The flood prevention of the Weihe River is crucial to the flood control in central Shaanxi Province.Although it has been paid attention to by all levels of governments and the whole society,problems still exist in the flood control works of the Weihe River,which directly influence the flood control benefit.Through years' practice,the author analyses the problems in the flood control works at the Weihe River and gives countermeasures to strengthen the management of the flood control works at the Weihe River.
