摘    要:全员聘任制是我国高校应对市场经济体制改革的重大举措。在深化全员聘任制的同时,应该按照我国相关法律的规定,通过创新工会维权机制,使工会履行维护教职工合法权益的职责。

Abstract:The system of the whole staff employment is a major measure of China's colleges and universities to deal with the market economic system reform.While the system of the whole staff employment is carried out in depth,trade unions should perform the duty of maintaining the rights of employees in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws through the innovation of the mechanism of trade union rights protection for teachers.
