| Abstract: | The system of the whole staff employment is a major measure of China＇s colleges and universities to deal with the market economic system reform.While the system of the whole staff employment is carried out in depth,trade unions should perform the duty of maintaining the rights of employees in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws through the innovation of the mechanism of trade union rights protection for teachers. |
