| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查的方法,对青少年篮球运动员的焦虑情绪进行研究。结果发现,青少年篮球运动员的焦虑水平,比成年运动员高;不同训练水平的青少年篮球运动员。其焦虑特质水平和临赛焦虑水平有显著性差异。这对其能否成为优秀运动员有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | The authors made a study on the anxiety of teenage basketballers by the method of questionnaire. The results show that the anxiety level of teenage basketballers is higher than that of adult players,and that teenage basketballers with different training level have obvious differences in the anxiety features,anxiety level and anxiety level on court, which would influence the players to become elite ones. |
