人格与学业成绩关系研究述评

摘    要:教育实践和心理学研究表明,除智力因素外,非智力因素中的人格成分极大地影响着学生的学业成绩。因此,人格与学业成绩的关系一直是近几十年来教育心理学者关注的课题。根据已有文献为基础,首先从整体上阐述了人格对学业成绩的影响;然后具体总结了影响学业成绩的几个典型人格因素;最后,分析了其目前研究存在的问题,对该领域的未来研究进行了展望。
