| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国现阶段的一个特殊群体。基于保障社会公平、促进社会和谐的理念,从政治环境、政府财力、农民工承受力等方面对云南省农民工社会保障制度改革的环境条件进行了分析研究,以期探讨改革的可行性和必要性。

| Abstract: | Migrant workers are a special group at this stage in China.Based on the concept of protecting social justice and promoting social harmony,this paper researches the conditions of reforming the social security system of migrant workers to explore the feasibility and necessity of reform,from aspects of political environment,the government financial resources and tolerance of migrant workers. |
