三权重心分离:新建本科院校管理变革新向度

The Three Powers Separation: the New Orientation of Management Reform in Newly-built Colleges

With the upgrading of level and expansion of scale,particularly the social accountability on education quality of colleges,the traditional-style bureaucratic and experience management become increasingly unsuited to the development of colleges,college organizations are undergoing transformation.On the basis of analyzing the management barycenter separating in newly-built colleges,and proposed the appropriate separation necessity of barycenter on political power,administrative power,academic power the need for appropriate separation,pointing out the division of responsibilities after the separation of the management barycenter at all levels in newly-built colleges,and proposed responses on management barycenter separating in newly-built colleges.
