实践性应用型人才培养模式的探索

摘    要:构建实践性应用型人才培养模式,首先是基于学校人才培养的目标,其次是体现国家教学改革的要求,其三是结合学校自身实际。实践性应用型人才培养模式的创新,要坚持三个确立、三个发挥,即确立与时俱进的教育观念、发挥教育观念的先导作用,确立知行并进的教学体系、发挥教学体系的核心作用,确立开放式的管理机制、发挥管理机制的保障作用。

Abstract:The essay explains the way and result of the theoretical idea and practical exploration of training mode for cultivating students'practical ability and applied ability.It puts forward three points of establishment and development,that is to say,to establish the educational idea of keeping pace with the times and to develop the leading function of it,to establish the teaching system of learning and using knowledge and to develop the key function of it,to establish the open and advanced administrative system and to develop the security function of it.
