摘    要:评价体系是事物发展的原动力。基于灰色系统理论,引入目标导向和动态跟踪的教师业绩聚类评价方法冲破了体现公平、公正的分配和效益原则,客观、静态的传统评价思维定式,将目标导向和动态跟踪融入高校教师业绩评价之中,用科学发展观指导高校教师业绩评价体系,用充满人文关怀和创新思维的无形之手,施加影响,推动高校事业的科学发展,促进了发展的意义,体现了评价目的,对高校教师管理评价体系有借鉴作用。

Abstract:Assessment system is the essential motivity of development.Based on the gray system theory,this research proposes a faculty performance clustering evaluation system which integrated objective orientation and dynamic tracking.The method provides a breakthrough of the way of objective and static traditional set thinking which always embodied fairness,justice distribution and efficiency principles.To involve objective orientation and dynamic tracking in university teacher performance assessment system promotes college scientific development and the significance of development,with the guideline of scientific concept of development and the effect of invisible hand which is brimmed with humanistic concern and innovation thinking.The evaluation system also reflects the purpose of the assessment and it could be a reference for the college teacher management evaluation system.
