低温液相法制备纳米TiO2粉体及其表征

摘    要:以TiCl4为原料,利用低温液相法分别制备出了锐钛矿型、金红石型、锐钛矿和金红石混合晶型的纳米TiO2粉体.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及粒度分布仪等测试手段,对产品的物相、形貌和粒度分布进行了表征.实验结果表明,利用低温液相法制备出的纳米TiO2粉体结晶性能良好.粒径大小均匀.

Abstract:The nanometer titania powders with anatase, futile and mixed crystal forms were prepared by lower temperature liquid phase method using TiCl4 as the starting materials. The crystal structure, morphology and particle size distribution were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscope and granulometer. The results showed that the titania nanopowders were crystallized and evenly graded.
