摘    要:目的:通过分析文献,建立回归方程,结合实验记录综合确定湿热环境训练安全上限,保证训练安全,并将之封装成程序,以利推广.方法:选取30名男性志愿者为受试者,年龄在18~23岁,经体检和体能测试均合格.每次训练前后测量其人体温度相关指标(包括皮肤5点温度、肛温以及由此计算出的平均体温、积热指数BHSI).与文献报道对比,确定其准确度,通过多元回归方程分析建立相关模型,并使用Visual Basic6.0软件封装安全上限结论.结果:平均体温和BHSI超过文献报道的例数均超过其置信区间;平均体温、BHSI均与环境的温度、湿度,以及劳动作业强度有关.为此建立了回归方程.结论:综合分析文献报道与本实验,提出在温热环境训练的3条安全上限.

Abstract:Purpose: Purpose: We try to define the upper limit to safety of training in hot and humid environment by analyzing litera- tures, founding regression equation and sorting our data in order to ensure training safety. We made a program for spreading its us- age. Methods: We collected data of body temperature (including 5 -dots temperature on skin, rectal temperature and average body temperature, and BHSI which were calculated) of 30 male volunteers (age: 18- 23y, both health examination and physical agility test are all right) before and after each time of training. Result: average body temperature and BHSI are over the upper limit report- ed, while rectal temperature is below it. So we built the regression equation. Conclusion: After comprehensive analysis, we put for- ward the upper limit for safety.
