从神性到陌生人力量：贵州傩面具的艺术人类学考察

贵州傩面具类型完整、形态丰富,是傩面具研究的活形态资料。傩面具作为驱傩仪式与一般巫术的分界标识是,傩最直观最具象的表征性符号,从傩发展的早期开始就一直为傩事活动所运用。随着纯粹祭祀性傩祭向多艺术因子复合的傩戏过渡,傩面具在数量、造型及制作工艺等方面都发生了极大的变化,这种变化可以从贵州现存的傩戏形态中找到不同层次的傩面具形态。在巫术性质的驱傩仪式中,傩面具就如同一张“神圣帷幕”分隔着角色的世俗性与神性,它在“陌生人的力量”的驱使下成就了世俗扮饰者的神性角色,发挥着傩的神秘巫术-宗教性力量。

Guizhou Nuo masks boast their fullness of types and richness of forms, provide live forms of Nuo masks for researches. Nuo masks as dividing terminus between Qunuo ceremony and common witch- ery, is a most concrete and visualized token, having been used in Nuo activities since the early stage of development of Nuo. With the transition from pure Nuo sacrifice activities to multi - artistic compound plays, great changes have taken place in the quantity, forms and craft of Nuo masks making. In the Qunuo ceremony of witchery nature, Nuo masks serve as ＂holy curtains＂ separating the common customs and divinity of the roles in the play, becoming divine role for temporal decoration subjects under the ＂power of stranger＂, which gives full play to the power of witchery - religiousness.
