高校“师资绩效调节系数”设计初探

摘    要:师资队伍建设是高校管理工作中的重中之重。本文从众多影响师资队伍建设的诸多因素中抽出缺编调节因子、学历(博士)比例增量调节因子、高层次人才流动增量调节因子等三个因子,通过学校和学院之间的财务杠杆这一比较有效的工具,创新地设计出师资绩效调节系数(TPA)。通过对三个因子的考查来合理地调节学校对学院的划拨经费数额,从而做到奖惩有度,激励学院主动加强师资队伍建设,优化师资队伍结构。

Abstract:The construction of teachers' faculty is the top priority of college management.This article draw out the three coefficient of the adjustment coefficient of authorized size vacancies,academic(Dr.) ratio of incremental adjustment coefficient,the flow of high-level talent of incremental adjustment coefficient from many factors that effect the construction of teacher,by use of the effective tool of finance leverage in school and college to design innovatively the teacher performance adjustment coefficient(TPA)...
