全科型本科小学教师培养模式研究

摘    要:全科型本科小学教师是指能承担小学阶段国家规定的各门课程教学工作的小学教师。探索全科型本科小学教师的培养模式,既符合我国国情需要,也符合国际小学教师教育的共同取向,不仅是必要的,也是完全可行的。其核心是培养师范生具有较高的综合素质和适应不断变化的能力,即培养具有创新实践能力的小学教师。

Abstract:All-subject Undergraduate primary school teachers must be able to undertake the teaching task of all courses in primary school formulated by the State. Research on Training Models of all-subject Undergraduate primary school teacher is necessary and workable, which is not only in line with the situation of China, but also in accordance with the goal of international primary school teacher training. The core of the research is to promote the prospective teacher's comprehensive quality and adaptability, that is, to cultivate their practice ability and innovation ability.
