| 摘 要： | 辅导员队伍建设是高校德育工作的永恒主题。在民办高校中，有一些特殊问题需要合理解决。民办高校的辅导员作为大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人，理应不断了解青年大学生的心理特点，熟悉大学生成长成才规律，提高人才培养质量，提高民办高校学生管理水平。

| Abstract: | The construction of counselor ranks is the constant subject for the virtuous educations in colleges and universities.In the civilian-run colleges and universities,there are some special questions wanted to be reasonably solved.As the guiders for the health growing up of the students,the counselors should ceaselessly understand the young students' psychological features,well know their growing rules,enhance the quality for cultivating men of ability and enhance the counselors' own management level. |
