| Abstract: | A powerful and prosperous country needs a powerful political power, and the power of government is from good government and harmonious people. The reason why the political power before the Fifth Republic of France was weak and incompetent was mainly due to the mechanism of political power structure and the element of national habit. Witt de Caulle' s excellent intelligence and experience, he got rid of malpractices and dedicated his life to the social development of France. |
