| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高职生心理健康状况和人格特征之间的关系，探索影响高职生心理健康问题的主要因素。方法：采用SCL-90和EPQ—A对256名高职生进行心理测试并进行个别访谈。结果：高职生心理健康检出率为27．13％，高于国内大学生的平均心理障碍率；高职生心理健康水平和人格特征有密切关系；人格特质对心理健康总分有显著的回归效应，神经质对心理健康水平的预测作用最大。建议：在高职院校大学生中加强心理健康教育，尤其注重情绪稳定性的培养、外向人格的塑造，以及同理心和感恩教育。

| Abstract: | Objective:study the relationship of mental health condition and personality traits of vocational college students(VCS),and analyze the main factors of determining mental health.Methods:258 VCS are psychologically measured by SCL-90,EPQ-A and individual interview.Conclusions:about 27.13% VCS are found problematic,which is higher than universities and colleges';VCS' mental health level has close relation to their personality;the personality traits can predict mental health scores.Suggestion:to strengthen the ... |
