火焰原子吸收光谱法测定辣椒中的铁、锌、锰

摘    要:用HNO_3+H_2O_2对样品进行湿法消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定辣椒中的Fe、Zn、Mn含量,经过多次筛选,最后确定了最佳仪器工作条件。该方法简便,精密度和灵敏度高,相对标准偏差为1.9~3.3%,回收率为86.52~94.45%。

Abstract:The pepper sample treatment has been adopted by wet decomposition with HNO_3 H_2O_2.The con- tent of Fe,Zn,Mn in pepper is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Through screening for many times,the best work condition of treatment is assured at last.The method is simple,precise and sensi- tive with the relative standard deviation of 1.9-3.3% and the recoveries of 86.52-94.45%.
