农民工培训中的政府职责

农民工培训是一项社会工程和民心工程,重点在培训,目的在转移,关键在强化政府职责,三者有机联系,良性互动。基于湖南省怀化市近三年来的农民工培训现状,分析目前政府在农民工培训方面的职责缺失,提出强化政府职责的对策建议,旨在着力构建农民工培训的长效机制,保障制度供给,进一步提高培训的整体效益。

The Responsibility of Government in the Training of Migrant Workers in China

The training of migrant workers in China is a social and morale project,whose focus is on the training,target is at satisfactory migration,and the key point is to strengthen the responsibility of our government.The three factors mentioned above connect and interact with each other effectively to ensure the efficiency.This article makes a full analysis of the poor responsibilities of our government in the training of migrant workers in China,based on the status quo of the training on migrant workers of Huaihua city in recent years;makes some suggestions of how to intensify the responsibility of our government to build up a efficient long-term training system to meet its need,and thus ensure the system to run more efficiently.
